Service Description. This Site describes Electrical Troubleshooting, Electrical Inspections, Electrical Repairs, Circuit Breaker Replacement, Fuse Box Replacement, GFCI Outlet Installation, EV Charger Installation, Water Heater Replacement provided by Tesla Electrical Solutions. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Tesla Electrical Solutions or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Tesla Electrical Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Tesla Electrical Solutions arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Tesla Electrical Solutions from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NC.

Updates. Tesla Electrical Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
